School Notes - Dr. Stacy Hirst

Stacy Gronefeld Hirst, daughter of Steve and Gayle Gronefeld of Cumming, received her Doctorate
of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine during
Spring 2006 graduation ceremonies.
Hirst was a member of Alpha Psi veterinary fraternity while at the veterinary college.
As an undergraduate at the University of Georgia, she was a presidential scholar,
made the dean's list and received the HOPE scholarship. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a
degree in Biology. Hirst is married to Graham Tyler Hirst. The couple resides in Suwanee.
